Can I install a rack-mounted UPS in one of the deeper cabinets?

Yes, provided the particular UPS meets the cabinet's dimensional, load and mounting requirements.

Check the chassis depth, connectors, required front-to-rear rail spacing, equipment mass, ventilation requirements and any rear-support or rail system specified by the UPS manufacturer.

The cabinet's maximum equipment payload is 60kg, but this is a total cabinet payload and does not replace the mounting requirements of the UPS.
