Yes, the rings can be used as a routing aid for fibre patch leads.

The important qualification is that the fibre lead still dictates its own minimum bend radius; the fact that a cable physically fits inside a ring does not grant permission to pull it around whatever curve happens to be convenient.

Keep the route broad and relaxed, particularly where the lead leaves the horizontal manager for equipment or vertical management.
