Is the Cat6 version suitable for 10Gb Ethernet?

Cat6 can form part of a 10GBASE-T link over shorter distances, but it is not the straightforward choice for a guaranteed 100-metre 10 Gigabit channel.

Around 55 metres is commonly treated as the upper Cat6 territory in suitable conditions; for a new full-length 10GBASE-T installation, Cat6A avoids a rather convoluted collection of distance and alien-crosstalk caveats.
