Why is there no PoE claim on the patch leads longer than 30m?

Because we would rather stop the claim where the verified product specification stops than extrapolate it.

Long stranded copper has more DC resistance and insertion loss to contend with, and high-power PoE adds voltage-drop and heating considerations.

The longer leads may work in particular installations, but beyond 30m we are not presenting them as verified for PoE Types 1–4.
