Will these cage nuts fit every 19-inch rack?
No. They are intended for compatible square-hole mounting rails that use cage nuts. Some racks have pre-threaded round holes or use a different fixing system, in which case an M6 cage nut is not the correct part.
Check the rail itself rather than assuming that every 19-inch rack uses the same fixing method.
