Are the RJ45 ports on the panel electrically independent from one another?
Yes. Each RJ45 port is an independent passive path between its front socket and the corresponding rear IDC termination.
The panel does not internally switch, bridge or share traffic between the ports, despite the whole row sitting together like one rather imposing block.
