Can I upgrade the network later by changing the keystone modules?

You can change the modules without replacing the frame, which is one of the attractions of the design.

Whether that upgrades the actual link depends on everything else in the run — changing a Cat5e keystone does not quietly transform Cat5e cable hidden in the walls into Cat6A.
