If I need a fully shielded cabling channel, is this the right type of panel?

Not if you need the panel itself to provide a defined bonding path for the keystone screens.

A shielded module can sit in the opening, but the frame does not bond it; for a deliberately screened channel, use hardware designed to maintain that shielding arrangement throughout.
