If I fit Cat6A keystones, does that make it a Cat6A patch panel?

The frame can certainly carry Cat6A keystones, but the useful claim is about the completed channel rather than the sheet of steel holding the modules.

For a Cat6A link, the keystone, cable, far-end termination and patch leads all need to meet the required category.
