Should I wire these as T568A or T568B?

Either T568A or T568B is suitable. These modules are marked for both.

What matters is that each individual cable run uses the same scheme at both ends; otherwise a perfectly tidy-looking outlet can hide a surprisingly awkward wiring fault.
