Who can enquire?

We welcome enquiries from structured-cabling installers, IT service providers, MSPs, electrical contractors, resellers, estates teams and organisations purchasing equipment for projects or repeat installations.

Tell us what you need

For the most useful response, please include:

• Your company or organisation.
• Product names or SKUs and approximate quantities.
• Any required delivery date or site constraints.
• Cabinet, mounting or accessory-compatibility requirements.

We can review the enquiry and confirm what pricing and fulfilment arrangements are available for that order.

Online accounts and repeat purchasing

You can create an online account to manage your customer information and view order history. For a larger order or repeat buying requirement, contact our team to discuss the available options.

Purchase-order arrangements, credit facilities, scheduled orders and bespoke supply are not automatically included with an online account; any such facility must be agreed separately.

Business and consumer purchases

Trade terms relate to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes. Consumer purchases have different statutory protections, including cancellation rights for many online orders. Please see our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds pages.
