Are wall fixings supplied, and what sort of fixings should I use?

Wall fixings are not supplied.

That is deliberate. A fixing suitable for solid brick may be completely wrong for blockwork, timber framing or plasterboard.

Choose fixings suitable for the actual wall construction and the complete loaded weight of the cabinet, not just the empty cabinet. If you are not sure what the wall can safely carry, get someone competent to assess it before mounting the cabinet.
