Can I pull the cable hard if the route is tight?
No. Use a sensible route and pull it without stretching, kinking or crushing it. If it needs heroic force to get round a bend, fix the route rather than declaring war on the cable.
The finished cable still has to meet its electrical performance. A sheath that looks intact is not proof that an abused twisted-pair cable is still a good link.
