Can I use shielded installation cable with these panels?

You can physically terminate the conductors, but these are unshielded panels and there is no provision for maintaining or bonding the cable screen.

If the installation genuinely requires a screened channel, letting the shield arrive at the panel and simply stop there rather defeats the purpose; use shielded hardware throughout.
