Will the 19-inch versions fit a normal 19-inch network rack or cabinet?

Yes. The 19-inch populated IDC panels use the standard 19-inch rack format, so they are intended for normal 19-inch network racks and cabinets.

The remaining fit questions are the ordinary ones — available rack units, depth and neighbouring equipment — rather than some peculiar proprietary mounting system.
