Can I add an optional rear cable manager?

Yes, on the 24- and 48-port 19-inch panels. Those models support optional rear cable management, whereas the 12- and 16-port versions do not.

It becomes particularly useful once the incoming runs begin forming a proper thicket behind the rack.
